TopSales Careers partners with health insurance companies that expect a high standard of professionalism and productivity from our agents. All agents must:
Meet the minimum sales targets as outlined by the partnered company.Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and insurance policy details.Commit to continuous learning and staying informed about the latest health insurance products.
Agents working with TopSales Careers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and agree to a non-compete policy during and after their placement. This ensures that our relationships with partner companies and clients remain secure and professional. Specific details about the non-compete agreement will be outlined in individual agent contracts.
Agents are free to resign at any time, though we request a minimum notice period of two weeks to ensure a smooth transition. Similarly, TopSales Careers reserves the right to terminate an agent’s placement for failure to meet performance standards or for breaches of our Code of Conduct.
